Take some time this Christmas to slow down, exhale, and be cared for too. Our 2-hour Mummy & Me Christmas Pamper Workshop is a beautiful blend of baby relaxation and gentle self-care created to help you both unwind, connect and feel restored.

• Baby Spa, Baby Massage & Baby Reflexology
Gentle, guided techniques to help your baby relax and support digestion, sleep, and bonding.
• Self-Led Mini Tropic Facial
Enjoy a soothing, self led step-by-step facial using beautiful Tropic products whilst you wait for your massage.
(We’ll provide bowls, flannels and products so you can fully relax.)
• 10-Minute Shoulder, Neck & Back Massage
Melt away tension with a blissful hands-on massage by Philippa.
• Festive Baby Footprint Keepsake
Capture this precious season with a DIY festive print to take home.
• Mince Pies, Biscuits + Warm Drinks
Seasonal treats and a little time to chat, breathe, and connect with other mums.
• Neal’s Yard Goodie Bag to take home for some continued pampering 💫
🕯 The Flow
We’ll begin together with a warm welcome and introductions.
Then we’ll split into two small groups of four/five, one enjoying baby spa & massage time, the other mummy pamper & massage & free time to chat and relax whilst to wait for your massage.
Halfway through, the groups swap so everyone enjoys both parts.
We’ll close together with a festive song, bubbles, and a calm, heart-warming goodbye.

Duration: 2 hours
Group size: 9 parent-baby pairs
Investment: £48

You’ll then receive a newsletter with a reminder nearer the time, and you’ll be warmly invited to join our WhatsApp group for updates. Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Doula Diary, I understand that family life can be unpredictable and plans sometimes need to change. My policies are designed to be clear, fair, and supportive while also honouring the preparation, resources, and time that go into each service and class.
Classes (Baby Massage, Baby Yoga, Baby Spa, Baby Development & Wellness Sessions)
Cancellations more than 48 hours before the start of a course:
A refund is available minus a £5 processing/booking fee to cover costs incurred through the booking system.
Alternatively, you may transfer to a future course (subject to availability) with no deduction.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the course start date:
Refunds are not normally available, as your space has been reserved and materials prepared. You may transfer your booking to a friend or request to join a future course if spaces open.
Missed sessions:
Refunds cannot be given for missed sessions, but you are welcome to gift your space to another mum & baby with prior agreement through me.
