My Mentoring Approach

My background as a registered nurse and qualified mentor alongside my experienced birth worker practice shapes how I hold space.

I don’t believe mentorship is about hierarchy or having all the answers.

Instead, I offer a relationship built on curiosity, reflection, honesty and trust. A space where you can explore challenges without judgement, celebrate successes without minimising them and develop confidence in your own wisdom.

This is companionship.

It’s doulaing the doula.

And sometimes that’s exactly what we need.
