🧘♀️✨ The Perfect Follow-On from Baby Massage or Baby Spa ✨
✨ Course Highlights:
My sessions gently weave together baby yoga, baby massage, singing, movement, and music to support your baby’s natural development in a calm and nurturing space. For parents, it’s a chance to slow down, tune in, stretch out those shoulders, reduce tension stored in the body and feel confident responding to your baby’s cues. Each session offers simple, practical ways to support your baby’s development, while strengthening your bond and creating moments of calm, connection, and joy together.
👶 Ideal for babies 12 weeks to 12 months
