Expecting a baby and not sure where to start?

Join our practical, friendly antenatal course designed to help you feel confident, informed and prepared for birth, newborn life and everything in between.

Whether this is your first baby or you’re looking for a refresher, you’ll leave with useful information, hands-on skills, answers to your questions and the reassurance that you’re not figuring it all out alone.

This isn’t about being told there’s one “right” way to give birth or parent. It’s about understanding your options, learning what to expect, and finding what works for your family.

You’ll also have the chance to meet other local parents who are at a similar stage of pregnancy, building connections before your babies arrive.

21st September - What Partners Can Actually Do
