🎨 PAINT POT BARN
Get creative and make your own Christmas keepsake! You’ll have the option to purchase and paint a Christmas bauble or plate on the day something special to take home and treasure for years to come.
📸 CAM PORTRAITS
Shan from CAM Portraits will be capturing beautiful professional photographs throughout the day.
There will also be a gorgeous Christmas backdrop ready for:

📸 PHOTOGRAPHY & MARKETING
Professional photography will take place throughout this event, including during the Christmas backdrop sessions and potentially during your Doula Diary class. By booking a ticket, you are confirming that you are happy for you and your little one(s) to be photographed by CAM Portraits and for selected images to be used by Doula Diary and CAM Portraits for marketing and promotional purposes, including social media, websites and future advertising.
If you are not comfortable with yourself or your child being photographed or with images being used for marketing, please do not book this event. We want everyone attending to feel completely comfortable and happy with how the photography will be used.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking your place on this Doula Diary Session. Significant planning, venue costs and supplier bookings are arranged in advance to create a beautiful experience for all attendees. Please read the following booking terms before securing your place.
Deposits & Payments
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your place.
Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellations by Attendees
If you need to cancel your place:
• More than 28 days before the event: A full refund will be provided, minus any booking or payment processing fees.
• 14–28 days before the event: 50% of the fee will be refunded.
• Less than 14 days before the event: No refund can be provided.
However, if your place can be filled from a waiting list or through a replacement booking, a refund may be offered at the organiser’s discretion, minus any non-recoverable costs.
Special Circumstances
We understand that life with a baby can be unpredictable.
If you are unable to attend please contact us as soon as possible. While refunds cannot be guaranteed, we will always do our best to offer a transfer to a future Doula Diary event, credit towards another service, or an alternative solution where possible.
Transfer of Place
If you are unable to attend, your place may be transferred to another suitable attendee with prior agreement from the organiser.
Cancellation by the Organiser
In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled by the organiser, attendees will receive a full refund of all monies paid.
The organiser cannot be held responsible for travel, accommodation or other costs incurred in relation to the event.
Photography Sessions
Photography sessions are included within this session as outlined above. No partial refunds will be given if attendees choose not to participate in the photography session on the day.
Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond the organiser’s reasonable control, including severe weather, venue closure, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events, the event may be rescheduled. Where possible, attendees will be offered a transfer to a new date or alternative arrangement.
By booking a place, attendees agree to the terms outlined above.
